  • Must have exceptional communication skills and be computer savvy
  • Experience as an administrative assistant preferred
  • Proven track record of managing the calendar of executive leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assist leadership with coordinating tasks
  • Background doing administrative support in staffing preferred
  • Ability to interact with C Levels in a support role
  • Willingness to reach out to clients to request payment
