This position is a Front End Developer - for Conversion Rate Optimization - A/B and Multivariate Testing. What is Conversion Rate Optimization? Conversion rate optimization (CRO) uses A/B and multivariate testing tools to change website visitor experiences and measure the influence of that change in getting the visitor to take a desired action. It is showing one version of a site to one group of visitors and showing another version of the site to another group of visitors and measuring the change in behavior between the two groups. As the front end developer you will create the code to bring new ideas and unique variations to life to be tested.
As a front end developer working with the testing and measurement team you will have the unique opportunity to work with multiple websites. You will create with a variety of codes, as every website is different and every test is different. You will learn to use Adobe Target, one of the industry leading website testing tools. You will help the process of building a successful testing program.
